Results of Annual General Meeting

The Board of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29th October 2010 were duly passed. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be noted that the power to purchase shares in the market in Resolution 6 lasts until the AGM in 2011.

Changes of Director

As foreshadowed in the Company's Annual Report, following the Annual General Meeting, Christian Baillet has retired from the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Baillet for his contribution to the Company and wish him well.
