As at close of business on 21 June 2013, the unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) for

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT1 plc was as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p â€“ 64.26 pence.

As at 21 June 2013, there were 27,700,562 ordinary shares of 1p in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares). However, the company announced yesterday that it had issued 121,665 shares which has increased the number of shares in issue to 27,822,227 (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
