Hargreave Hale AIM VCT1 plc announces that the company purchased 34,787
Ordinary shares on 8 May 2015 at a price of 71.60 pence per share for
cancellation.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, 47,749,170
ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue.
