Keydata Income VCT 1/2 plc (the 'Company') announces that it has published a
Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) to
raise up to £20m (the 'Offer')
The Offer opened on 15 December 2005 and is expected to close on 5 April 2006
(or an earlier date on which it is fully subscribed). The Offer is for up to
20,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. The Shares will be issued at a price
of £1.
