EGM Held on 8 November 2005 - Approval of Ordinary Share Offer for subscription
to raise up to £20 million.
The Board is pleased to announce that at the EGM held on 8 November 2005
shareholders approved all resolutions, as detailed in the circular to
shareholders dated 10 October 2005. The purpose of the resolutions was to enable
the Company to raise up to £20 million by an offer for subscription of ordinary
shares of 1p each at an offer price of £1 per share and to approve a related
party transaction set out in the circular in respect of the said offer.
A copy of the Offer for Subscription document has been submitted to the
Financial Services Authority and should shortly be available for inspection at
the FSA's document viewing facility that is situated at:
