New Century Aim VCT wishes to announce, with immediate effect, the resignation of John Brice as director of the company. We would like to thank John for his help leading up to the proposed wind down of the company in line with the wishes of the majority of its shareholders.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Spencer Owen Crooks as a non-executive director of the Board with immediate effect.

Spencer holds 68,714 shares in the company representing 0.87% of the issued share capital of the company.

Under LR 9.6.13, of the FCA Handbook, Spencer currently holds the following directorships

Non Executive Director of Stripe and Stare appointed February 2022 – present

Stock Exchange Benevolent Fund committee member appointed 2018-present
