The Company announces that in connection with a top up offer for subscription,
it allotted on the 4th April, 2008, 446,449 ordinary 10p shares at 116.8p per
share.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 8,911,949
ordinary shares, each with voting rights.
