The Company announces that in connection with a top up offer for
subscription, it allotted on the 1st April, 2010, 407,290
ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 63.1p per share, and on the 9th
April, 2010, 369,840 shares at a price of 63p per share.
Following this announcement, the issued share capital of the company is
10,534,329 ordinary shares, each with voting rights.
