In connection with a top up offer for subscription of 1,073,431 shares,
dated March 2013, the Company announces an allotment of 394,884 shares
at 61.79p. Documents relating to the issue are available at The National
Storage Mechanism.
Following this allotment, the Company will have 11,292,213 shares in
issue.
