On the 14th July, 2014, the company issued 132,275 shares to
Michael Barnard (Director) at a price of 75.6p per share, being 1% above
the net asset value per share, based on closing mid market prices on the
11th July, 2014. Following this issue, the company has
10,552,754 shares in issue.
Michael Barnard now holds 3,012,324 shares in the company, representing
28.5% of the issued share capital.
