The company has cancelled the top up issue announced on the 21st
August, 2014. As a consequence of this, the proposed listing of 139,726
shares will no longer take place and the shares in issue will revert to
10,552,754 with Michael Barnard holding 3,012,324 shares in the company,
representing 28.5% of the issued share capital.
