The tender offer for New Century Aim VCT Plc has closed. The buy back
price is 69.075p per share being a 5% discount to the net asset value
per share as at the close on the 10th December, 2014.
For those applicants who tendered above 10%, the excess tenders were
scaled back by approximately 95.12%, awarding 4.88% of applicants excess
tender amounts.
