                               Director's Dealing

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") has received notification
of the following purchase of ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 31st October 2008 by a director.

William Whitehorn, Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 34p per share. As a result of this purchase, William Whitehorn is now
interested in a total of 916,126 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.69% of the
Company's issued share capital.
