Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that on 5
November 2008, it received notification of the following purchase of ordinary
shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same day by a
director.
William Whitehorn, Chairman of the Company, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 34p per share. As a result of this purchase, William Whitehorn is now
interested in a total of 966,126 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.79% of the
Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares.
