Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") has received notification of the following purchase of shares in the Company by a director or a director’s family.

Ian Taylor’s spouse, Carole Taylor, purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 26p per share. As a result of this purchase Ian Taylor is now interested in a total of 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.12% of the Company’s issued share capital.
