Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it received notification of the following purchase of ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) by a director.

On 17 June 2009, William Whitehorn, Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50p per share. As a result of this purchase, William Whitehorn is now interested in a total of 1,020,126 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.89% of the Company’s issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares.
