(“Next 15” or the “Company”)

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that on Tuesday 10 April the following performance share awards (“Awards”) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) were granted under the Next 15 Long Term Incentive Plan (“Next 15 LTIP”) to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):

The above awards granted under the Next 15 LTIP will vest in annual tranches over the five-year performance period, subject to satisfaction of the performance conditions below, continued employment and holding periods.

Vested tranches may be released after (i) year 3 of the performance period (in respect of tranches vesting for years 1 to 3) and (ii) year 5 of the performance period (in respect of tranches vesting for years 4 and 5. Vesting will be determined for up to 70% of the Awards by the achievement of EPS growth targets and for up to 30% by KPI conditions. The Release of an Award is ordinarily subject to continued employment of the participant
