Board change

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (AIM:NFC), the digital communications group, announces the appointment of Genevieve Shore as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 1 February 2015. Genevieve will Chair the Remuneration Committee and act as member of the Nomination and Audit Committees of the Board.

Announcing the appointment, Richard Eyre, Chairman of the Company, said: "We are delighted to welcome Genevieve to the Next 15 Board. With her extensive digital, technology and commercial experience in the media and technology sectors, Genevieve will be a valuable addition to the Board."

Genevieve was appointed non-executive director of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (LSE:MONY) in September 2014 and she has been a non-executive director of STV Group plc (LSE:STVG) since March 2012 where she chairs its remuneration committee. Genevieve was appointed to the advisory board of Great Fridays, an innovative product and service design company, in September 2014.

Genevieve has previously held senior leadership roles at Pearson PLC including chief information officer, chief product officer and chief digital officer.

There are no other disclosures to be made under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules in respect of Genevieve Shore.

Next 15 also announces that Margit Wennmachers, who has served on the Board of the Company since 2011, has resigned from the Board with effect from 1 February 2015. Margit will continue to be an advisor to the Company.
