Further to the announcements of 7 May 2020 and 11 November 2020, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ('Next 15' or the 'Company') confirms that today, Penny Ladkin-Brand succeeds Richard Eyre as Chair of the Board and Robyn Perriss succeeds Penny as Chair of the Audit Committee.

Penny Ladkin-Brand said: “Next 15 is a fantastic business with exciting growth prospects. I am delighted to be moving into this new role and am looking forward to working more closely with the Next 15 businesses.”
