Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has
today received the following notification in relation to a disclosure of
interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 25th June 2007, Tom Lewis sold 550,000 Ordinary Shares for 83p per share
(representing 1.03% of the Company's issued share capital). Mr Lewis retains an
interest in 5,289,684 Ordinary Shares representing 9.91% of the Company's issued
share capital.
