Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has
received the following notification from Norges Bank, in relation to a
disclosure of interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Norges Bank has increased its direct interest in the Company from 1,394,600
Ordinary Shares to 1,656,840 Ordinary Shares. This holding now represents 3.10%
of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
