                               Notifiable Interest

In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") today received the following notification in
relation to a disclosure of interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each
("Ordinary Shares").

On 17 April 2007, Matthew Ravden sold 520,000 Ordinary Shares for 94p per share
(representing 0.97% of the Company's issued share capital). Mr Ravden retains an
interest in 3,319,294 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence representing 6.22% of the
Company's issued share capital.
