                               Notifiable Interest

In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") today received the following notification in
relation to a disclosure of interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each
("Ordinary Shares").

On 19 October 2006, Thomas Lewis sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares for 63p per share
(representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital). Mr. Lewis retains an
interest in 6,214,684 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each representing 11.9% of
the Company's issued share capital.
