In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") today received the following notification from
BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited in relation to a disclosure of
interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

RBS as Trustee of Merrill Lynch UK Smaller Companies Fund purchased 500,000
Ordinary Shares (representing 0.96% of the Company's issued share capital)
increasing its holding to 1,886,490 Ordinary Shares. This represents 3.62% of
the Company's issued share capital.
