Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it has received the following notification from River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP (“RMAM”) in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

As of 16^th March 2009 RMAM has a total interest in the Company of 2,662,560 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.92% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
