Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification from Mr Thomas Lewis in relation to a disclosure of his interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

As of 2 February 2010, Thomas Lewis has a total interest in the Company of 4,074,436 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.42% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,888,394 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
