Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it has received the following notification from River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP (“RMAM”) in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 23 June 2009 the Company was notified that on 22 June 2009 RMAM acquired 94,781 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, as of 22 June 2009 RMAM had a total interest in the Company of 2,686,268 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.97% of the Company's issued share capital, being 54,083,299 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
