Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 November 2011 it received the following notification from Octopus Investment Nominees Limited (“Octopus”) in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

As of 18 November 2011, Octopus had a total interest in the Company of 4,648,555 Ordinary Shares, which represents 8.09% of the Company's current issued share capital, being 57,434,392 Ordinary Shares.
