Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received today the following notification from Liontrust Investment Partners LLP (“Liontrust”) in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

As of 1 February 2011, Liontrust had a total interest in the Company of 9,439,594 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.01% of the Company's issued share capital, being 55,487,591 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
