Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 October 2011 it received the following notification from River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP (“River and Mercantile”) in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

As of 19 October 2011, River and Mercantile had a total interest in the Company of 2,733,049 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.91% of the Company's current issued share capital, being 55,659,341 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
