In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has received the following notification from
BlackRock Investment (UK) Limited in relation to a disclosure of interest in its
ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited disclosed an interest in 5,187,304
Ordinary shares, representing 9.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
