                               Notifiable Interest

In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has received the following notification from
Fidelity Investments International, in relation to a disclosure of interest in
its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive, the interest in
shares of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) are no longer
aggregated for the purpose of shareholding reporting and in accordance with the
new DTR rules, the indirect holdings of FMR and FIL are now reported separately.
FMR Corp. has an interest in 3,089,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.79% of
the Company's issued share capital. FIL no longer has a disclosable interest.
