NEXT FIFTEEN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PLC
Notifiable Interest
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc
("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") has received the following notification from
Fidelity International that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries
and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, in relation to a disclosure of
their non-beneficial interest in its ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary
Shares").
FMR Corp. and FIL have an interest in 2,664,220 Ordinary Shares, representing
5.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
The aforementioned notifiable interest also comprises the notifiable interest of
Mr Edward C Johnson, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and FIL.
1,122,600 of these Ordinary Shares are registered to Brown Brothers Harriman and
Co, and 1,541,620 are registered to JP Morgan, Bournemouth.
