Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules Next Fifteen
Communications Group Plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Company") would like to notify
the market of the following:

Next Fifteen's capital consists of 53,364,147 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next Fifteen under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
