Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ('Next Fifteen' or the 'Company')
announces that as of 31 October 2008, the Company's capital consists of
55,247,557 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 1,164,258 Ordinary
Shares are held in treasury; therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in
issue with voting rights (excluding shares held in treasury) is 54,083,299.
The above figure (54,083,299) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next Fifteen under the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
