                            Transaction in own shares

Next Fifteen announces that on 15 October 2008, it purchased 214,258 of its own
2.5p Ordinary Shares and these shares will be held as treasury shares. The
average price paid was 42.5 pence.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,164,258 Ordinary Shares as
treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares
held as treasury shares) is 52,984,708.
