Issue of Equity

                  The Board is pleased to announce that in terms of the offer for subscription
dated 12th March 2007 [the offer], 1,326,000 ordinary shares of 10p each were
alloted on 3rd April 2007 at 100p per share. Application will be made for the
admission of the 1,326,000 ordinary shares to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for
listed securities.

The number of ordinary shares in issue at this date stands at 3,630,530.
