The tender offer for New Century Aim VCT 2 Plc has closed. The buy back
price is 57.96p per share being a 5% discount to the net asset value per
share as at the close on the 10th December, 2014.
For those applicants who tendered above 10%, the excess tenders were
scaled back by approximately 92.28%, awarding 7.72% of applicants excess
tender amounts.
