Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc and Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc (the 'Companies') announce
that they have published a Prospectus to raise, in aggregate up to £40 million
(the 'Offer').
The Offer opened on 2 November 2007 and is expected to close no later than 4
April 2008. The Offer is for up to, in aggregate, 40,000,000 ordinary shares of
10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), comprising up to 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares
in each of the Companies. The Ordinary Shares will be issued at a price of 100
pence each.
