Issue of Equity
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc ('the Company') are pleased to announce
an allotment on 31 March 2008 of 1,809,700 ordinary shares of 10p each
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that
opened on 2 November 2007.
The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities and dealings are expected to commence within the next two weeks.
5,275 shares were issued and allotted to Matthew J Cooper, who is a
non-executive director of the Company.
The Company now has 7,913,588 Ordinary Shares in issue.
The Offer has been extended from the 4 April to 30 April 2008 unless previously
extended or fully subscribed earlier.
