Issue of Equity

The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc ('the Company') are pleased to announce
an allotment on 2 April 2008 of 2,505,063 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on
2 November 2007.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities and dealings are expected to commence within the next two weeks.

The Company now has 10,418,651 Ordinary Shares in issue.
