Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, OCTOPUS TITAN VCT 2 PLC notify the market of the following:

As at 29 February 2008, OCTOPUS TITAN VCT 2 PLC's issued capital consists of
3,281,917 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with voting rights. OCTOPUS TITAN VCT 2
PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in OCTOPUS TITAN VCT 2 PLC is
3,281,917.

The figure of 3,281,917 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine, if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, OCTOPUS TITAN VCT 2 PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
