SANTIAGO, Chile, April 30, 2013 – Orosur Mining Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: OMI) (LSE: OMI) announced today the resignation of Mr. Julio C. Porteiro, Non Executive Director of the Company.

Tony Shearer, Chairman of the Company said: “I would like to thank Julio for his contribution to the Company over the past seven years. The Company will greatly miss his wise advice and experience which has been invaluable in a demanding period. I am very sorry to see him step down, and I wish him all the best for his retirement.”
