        Ovoca Appoints Nabarro Wells and Ambrian as UK Advisors

Ovoca Gold plc, the AIM (OVG.L) and IEX (OVX.IR) traded precious metals
developer with assets in Russia, Sweden and Ireland, announces that it has
appointed Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited as nominated advisors to the Company for
AIM on the London Stock Exchange. It has also appointed Ambrian Partners Limited
as Broker to the Company.

Additionally the Company has engaged Mr. Rowan Maule as Chief Operations
Officer. Mr. Maule is a graduate of Cardiff University, having obtained an
honours degree in Mine Engineering in 1983. He has worked extensively in mining
operations in Africa, Europe, the Far East and Russia during the past twenty
years in various positions from Operations Manager to Project Director.

Dr. Barrie Oakes, CEO, commented on the appointments, "We are very pleased to
