Coms plc ("the Company") announces that on 21 August 2008 Jason Drummond
Executive Chairman of the Company, Justin Drummond Non-Executive Director of the
Company and Jonathan Cole Non-Executive Director of the Company notified the
Company of the following share purchases on the 21 August 2008, totaling
