Announcement Date for 2014 Q1 Results

Dublin, London, 10 April, 2014: Smurfit Kappa Group plc (“SKG” or the “Group”), one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of paper-based packaging products, with operations in Europe, Latin America and North America, announces it will release its 2014 first quarter results on Friday, 2 May 2014 at 07.00 GMT (02.00 ET).

The SKG management team will host a conference call for analysts and institutional investors at 14.30 GMT (09.30 ET) on that date. For the conference call numbers please contact FTI Consulting on the details below.

The Group’s AGM will also take place at 10.00 GMT in the Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, on the same date.
