SJP plc announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R that Sarah
Bates, non-executive Director of SJP Plc, has given notice that she will
be appointed as a non-executive Director of Polar Capital Technology
Trust plc, with effect from 30 June 2011.
