SJP announces the following changes in the holding of SJP ordinary shares held by the Director named below.

Connected Person – Exercise of Options

On 8 June 2012, Director Andrew Croft notified SJP that on 7 June 2012, a connected person exercised an option to acquire 11,000 ordinary 15p shares in SJP under the SJP Partner Share Option Scheme 2000 with an exercise price of 145 pence per ordinary share and as a result, acquired on exercise 11,000 ordinary SJP shares.

Following the above transaction, Andrew Croft and his connected persons (as defined in section 96B(2) of FSMA) hold 726,298 SJP ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
