SJP announces the following changes in SJP shares held by its Chief
Executive Officer, David Bellamy.
On 27 November 2013, David Bellamy transferred by way of gift 50,000
shares into a charitable trust, in which he and certain family members
are trustees. The shares are not to be sold at this time and will be
held by the trustees on a non-beneficial basis.
Mr Bellamy’s beneficial and non-beneficial interests in ordinary shares
of SJP after the above transaction remain unchanged as follows:
1,281,209.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency
Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
