Notification of change in Director’s responsibilities

Tate & Lyle PLC announces that William Camp, non-executive director of Tate & Lyle PLC, will become Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee with effect from 1 August 2012. The Committee members remain as follows: Liz Airey, William Camp, Sir Peter Gershon and Dr Ajai Puri.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 R of the FSA’s Listing Rules.
